Two perspectives, one goal

With a clear vision of the future

Sustainability begins where our actions actually have an impact. That is why we consider two perspectives. On the one hand, the effects of our business activities on the environment and society. On the other hand, external developments that influence our company. This approach helps us realistically assess our responsibilities and set clear priorities.

For practical implementation, we use sustainability software that allows us to systematically record and assess relevant issues, impacts, and risks. This creates a transparent data foundation that supports our decisions and makes our sustainability efforts measurable.

Our Five Areas of Focus

1
Climate change

Climate change affects our location, our operations, and operational safety. Extreme weather conditions, rising temperatures, and changing environmental conditions impact infrastructure, logistics, and supply chains. At the same time, energy use, buildings, and transportation generate emissions that we are actively working to reduce.

We are therefore taking action on two fronts. We are adapting our infrastructure and processes to climate-related risks and gradually reducing our direct emissions. This includes expanding photovoltaic capacity, using energy more efficiently, and optimizing transportation and route planning. We make our progress transparent as part of our sustainability efforts.

2
Environmental pollution

As a chemical distributor, we bear direct responsibility for the safe management of emissions, waste, and hazardous substances. These environmental impacts are directly linked to our operations and can be effectively controlled.

Emissions and wastewater are treated in accordance with regulatory requirements. Storage and filling areas are structurally and technically secured to minimize risks. Our environmental management system ensures that environmental aspects are systematically recorded, monitored, and continuously improved. We keep a close eye on resource consumption; waste is sorted, reduced, and disposed of properly.

3
In-house staff

Behind our processes and decisions are the people who shape our company and bear responsibility. We place a high priority on their safety, health, and professional development.

We create safe working conditions and invest in individual training and health programs. Flexible work models and supportive conditions promote a healthy work-life balance. Professional guidance and training on safety, the environment, and sustainability are an integral part of our daily work.

4
Stakeholders

Sustainability can only be achieved through the collaboration of all stakeholders. In addition to our workforce, this includes, in particular, customers, suppliers, and partners throughout the supply chain.

We rely on consultation, transparent product information, and clearly defined requirements for logistics and transportation. Open dialogue helps minimize risks and promotes the safe and responsible handling of our products throughout the supply chain.

5
Company Policy

Our responsible corporate governance forms the foundation of our sustainable practices. Clear rules, transparent processes, and well-defined responsibilities foster reliability both internally and externally.

The implementation of our sustainability strategy is embedded in our organizational structure. Monitoring, documentation, and internal evaluations help us track developments and refine our measures in a targeted manner. In this way, we combine responsible corporate governance with long-term stability.

Environment: Our Commitment

Beyond these specific areas of focus, environmental responsibility is an integral part of our business operations. As a distributor of chemical products, we bear a special responsibility. This applies in particular to:

  • Product safety and the responsible handling of chemical products
  • Safe processes, facilities, and supply chains
  • compliance with legal environmental requirements
  • Conscious and resource-efficient business operations
  • Transparent communication with employees, customers, and partners

Expanding portfolio of sustainable products

Responsibility in product assortment planning as well

We take responsibility not only in our processes and throughout the supply chain, but also in the ongoing development of our product portfolio.

We are systematically expanding our product range and gradually increasing the proportion of more sustainable solutions wherever this makes sense from a professional, technical, and economic standpoint. Performance and safety remain our top priorities.

Responsibility cannot be shifted

For us, sustainability is not a temporary project. It is part of our corporate philosophy.

What we build today is meant to endure in the long term—for our company, for our employees, and for reliable supply chains. What we start in 2026, we won’t abandon in 2030.
