Take care of our systems and ensure a sustainable future
- Responsibility for sustainability reporting and ESG/ESRS requirements
- Steering and further development of management systems in the areas of sustainability and compliance
- Ensuring compliance with and implementing legal and regulatory requirements
- Conducting certifications in the area of ISO standards
- Management of sustainability ratings (e.g., EcoVadis) and reporting processes
- Planning and conducting external audits (e.g., customer audits) in coordination with relevant departments
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes as well as maintenance of relevant documentation
- Handling complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable measures
- Proactive and ongoing collaboration with related departments
Job Requirements: Sustainability & Management Systems Manager (m/f/d)
- Experience in sustainability, management systems, or compliance
- Knowledge of relevant requirements (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, LkSG, EUDR)
- Experience with sustainability ratings and tools (e.g., EcoVadis, Nawisio)
- Knowledge of certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISCC PLUS)
- Strong IT skills (MS Office as well as digital platforms and sustainability tools)
- Analytical, structured approach to work and strong affinity for data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Self-motivated and responsible work ethic
- Excellent written and spoken German
A degree in sustainability, environmental studies, economics, or a comparable qualification is a plus
