Your responsibilities with us
Here's what you'll help us get off the ground
- Preparation and analysis of reports, key performance indicators, and business analyses
- Assisting with controlling activities across various business units (e.g., purchasing, warehousing, sales, and projects)
- Conducting cost calculations, profitability and liquidity analyses, and supporting corporate planning
- Preparation of decision-making materials for management and further development of controlling processes
- Assistance in the finance department, including the accounts receivable ledger and monitoring of incoming payments, as well as support for other accounting processes as needed (e.g., payment transactions, banking, advance VAT returns, and preparation of financial statements)
Job Requirements: Controlling & Accounting Associate (m/f/d)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
- Experience in Controlling or a comparable position, as well as in-depth knowledge of accounting
- Strong numerical aptitude and well-developed analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and, ideally, experience with controlling tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
High sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion
