Here's how you'll get things rolling with us
- Preparation and analysis of reports, key performance indicators, and business analyses
- Assisting with controlling activities in various business units (e.g., purchasing, warehousing, sales, and projects)
- Conducting cost calculations, profitability and liquidity analyses, and supporting corporate planning
Preparing decision-making materials for senior management and further developing controlling processes
Job Requirements: Controlling Associate (m/f/d)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, a business apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
- Experience in Controlling or a comparable position
- Very strong numerical skills and well-developed analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Excel and, ideally, experience with controlling tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner
A high degree of responsibility, reliability, and discretion
